We are currently collecting information of each of the overseas guests of their individual arrival & departure/accommodation as:

   1.	Departure/Arrival Date & Time
   2.	Departure/Arrival Flight Code
   3.	Accommodation Days (Jun xx ~Jun xx)

If you still have not informed us on the above three, please contact us or your closest KOTRA Business Center, and give us exact information. We need them to deliver to the hotel before your arrival.
